Introducing ASPIREdeck: An Evidence-Based Platform That Enables Students to Explore Their Academic Interests and Future Pathways

At Oxbridge Gateway, we support academic and career planning as a vital part of students' personal development journeys. While schools already provide excellent guidance, we wanted to create a tool that could complement and enrich that support, giving students structured insights into their strengths, interests, and learning styles.


What is ASPIREdeck?

ASPIREdeck is a free online personal development platform for students aged 14–18, built around science-backed psychometric assessments. It’s designed to help students understand themselves better, make informed academic choices, and start planning for their futures with confidence.

The platform comprises three assessments:

  • UniReady – identifies subject interests and academic inclinations

  • FutureReady – uncovers motivations, values, and career preferences

  • StudyStyle – highlights how students can optimise their learning approaches


These assessments are not giving students definitive answers for their development. Instead, they help students reflect on their preferences, confirm strengths they already recognise, and uncover areas they hadn’t fully considered. This combination of confirmation and discovery is key to supporting early, progressive decision-making around university course selection and career planning.


How ASPIREdeck Supports Schools

ASPIREdeck is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing school support systems, including careers, pastoral, and academic guidance. By providing evidence-based insights into their natural strengths and interests, the platform helps students and staff engage in meaningful conversations.


At this initial stage, ASPIREdeck is offered to a select group of schools. We are excited to work with schools who want to explore how the platform can complement their existing guidance programs and empower students to take an early, reflective approach to planning their futures.

Can Individual Students Use ASPIREdeck?

Yes! Individual students who wish to make use of ASPIREdeck can do so, but accounts are currently invite-only. Students should email product@aspiredeck.com to have their email whitelisted, after which they will be able to create an account and start exploring the assessments.
