Built alongside academics, psychologists, and educators, ASPIREdeck combines psychometric assessments, AI-powered guidance, academic enrichment, career exploration, and personalised development into one integrated platform. No previous internship experience is required.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa permitting employment without restriction.

Be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree or equivalent higher education program.
-
Be prepared to execute a statutory declaration as a "Work Experience Student" in accordance with the Minimum Wage Ordinance.
Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, independent thinking, strong analytical ability, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Mentorship & Support
Interns will receive guidance from the Oxbridge Gateway team throughout the internship, with regular check-ins to discuss research progress, insights, and recommendations.
The internship is structured around guided learning, mentorship, and project-based research. Flexible remote working arrangements are available to accommodate academic commitments.
Successful applicants will receive an internship agreement outlining the educational objectives, duration, responsibilities, and arrangements before commencing the internship.
